The platform will also bid farewell to three "Jurassic Park" movies, "Twins," "Elvis," "The Nice Guys," and "The Meg."
The rhythm of movies and shows arriving on and leaving Netflix is a familiar pattern. For every Rebel Moon — Part 2: The Scargiver that arrives on the service, a The Nice Guys must bid adieu.
This April, as new and classic shows and movies — including the first six seasons of Sex and the City — arrive on Netflix, many others are leaving, like Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight, Horrible Bosses 2, both Mamma Mia! movies, and the first three Jurassic Park movies.
It's also last call on the Joaquin Phoenix-led Joker, for anyone hoping to brush up on the movie before the sequel, Joker: Folie à Deux arrives later this year. Todd Phillips' 2019 film following failed comedian Arthur Fleck's descent into becoming the iconic Batman villain was a box office smash and scored the most 2020 Oscar nominations of any movie, ultimately winning Best Actor for Phoenix and Best Score for composer Hildur Guðnadóttir.
And don't forget to get your fill of Arnold Schwarzenegger comedies — Twins and Kindergarten Cop — before time runs out.
